Wal-Mart in Saratoga Springs, Too Slow

While the residents of Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain have been anticipating the new Wal-Mart being built, the internal procedures inside Wal-Mart must be talking their time. All the necessary steps have been taken except for Wal-Mart pulling the building permit. Many residents are anxious for this process to get started.
